We also really needed a good video conferencing and screen sharing feature. It really stinks that there isn't an employee and contact database too. Sadly there are several important things we need that aren't in the software, like mentions or tagging with the symbol, commenting, event calender or schedule, task lists.
The read receipts are nice when I need to check team accountability! Simple to use and reliable as far as messages getting through.
